Give your children effective relief from allergies plus nasal congestion and sinus pressure with grape-flavored Children’s BENADRYL® Allergy Plus Congestion.
Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies:
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
- Itchy, watery eyes
- Itching of the nose or throat
- Nasal congestion
- Stuffy nose
Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to the common cold:
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
- Nasal congestion
- Stuffy nose
Warning:
Do not use to make a child sleepy or with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin.
- If you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson’s disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
Ask a doctor before use if you have:
- Heart disease
- High blood pressure
- Thyroid disease
- Diabetes
- Trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland
- A breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
- Glaucoma
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222).

Ingredients (Active):
- Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg (Antihistamine)
- Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg (Nasal Decongestant)
Other ingredients (Inactive): anhydrous citric acid, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, edetate disodium, FD&C blue no. 1, FD&C red no. 40, flavors, glycerin, purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sorbitol solution, sucralose
Recommended Use: Take every 4 hours.
Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hour:
- Children under 4 years: Do not use
- Children 4 to 5 years: Do not use unless directed by a doctor
- Children 6 to 11 years: 5mL
- Adults and children 12 years and over: 10mL
